Changes to Service Delivery Team

To provide an even better service to their customers, and to ensure an increased level of flexibility within the dynamic composites market, Tracy Smith, Supply Chain manager of Sigmatex recently commented:

I am pleased to announce that we have implemented the first phase of our Service excellence program, developed to provide best in class customer service and ensure the flexibility required to align ourselves with our customers in the dynamic composites market.”

This first phase incorporates the expansion of the Runcorn based customer support team coupled with a detailed company wide process of market based alignment. This initial phase enhanced by the recent and ongoing investments in systems and processes should enable Sigmatex to take the first steps on our roadmap to be able to provide service excellence
