Sigmatex 3D Weaving Technology is brought to the market through the use of a StÃ¤ubli UNIVAL 100 Jacquard machine, the first of its kind to be used in the manufacture of Carbon Fibre fabrics.

At 1.5mtr wide and consisting of a 5,000 hook design, each with its own actuator, individual warp yarn can be independently lifted thus offering ultimate flexibility in the manufacture of 3D Carbon Fibre Fabrics.

The UNIVAL 100 is capable of producing technical 3D fabrics to exacting quality standards and provides Sigmatex with cutting edge manufacturing technology and endless possibilities.
