Superior Performance

In competitive sports small margins make a difference. Variation in product quality can lead to variation in performance. At Sigmatex we are constantly working on process stability and reducing variation, resulting in products that are more consistent and better performing in the tough world of sport. Take for example our SigmaST Spread Tow fabric, which is unrivalled in its ability to achieve superior speed and responsiveness in stick technology. The fabric is an ultra-light weight material produced using proprietary technology developed by Sigmatex and gives a fabric with area weight variation below 8gsm/sqm.

Quality Assured

All our products undergo rigorous checks to ensure conformity to the quality plan. However, at Sigmatex we like to go further and have developed automated visual inspection systems to scan 100% of the fabric. This system uses a complex algorithm to check for fabric faults and provides a level of quality assurance unmatched by our competitors.
